At Milkin' Cookies, our standards are high--we aren't willing to ship a cookie that we aren't happy with.

We hate to disappoint our customers, but we have run into a snag with one of our ingredients.  We won't be shipping cookies until we can correct the issue.  We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope to have both your supply and ours back up ASAP

Where are my cookies?

Our cookies are baked in small batches and are typically shipped within 24 hours of order placement. If you place an order Friday afternoon or over a weekend, your cookies will typically ship on Monday (unless it’s a holiday). We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which reaches most parts of the United States in three days or less.

If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Unfortunately, spam folders seem to like to eat the confirmations. If you have registered on our site (rather than placing an order as a guest), you can also track your order through your account.

If you have any problems, please e-mail us at [email protected] and we will help you track them. It is helpful if you can provide the email address you used to order your cookies and the last name you used on your order if that is different from the name you use in your email.
